Job Description
Provide general administrative support including document preparation, filing, and
data entry
Manage schedules, appointments, and coordinate meetings for the team
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
Support day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field preferred
1–2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Must be willing to work full onsite in Bagong Ilog, Pasig City
