We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Administrative Assistant
to support day-to-day operations across HR, Finance, and General Admin. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and is comfortable with async workflows and distributed teams.
You'll work closely with our internal operations team to ensure smooth onboarding, payroll support, recruitment coordination, and expense management using modern tools and platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in People Ops, HR, or Finance administration who enjoys wearing multiple hats and keeping internal operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate employee and contractor onboarding through platforms like Justworks and Deel
