Job Description
Functional Duties:
-Support project coordination, trackers, timelines, and cross-team deliverables
Coordinate marketing campaigns across TikTok, Shoppe, Lazada, and Meta
Track sales performance, inventory usage, and campaign milestones
Monitor e-commerce readiness, listing, bundles, and promotions
Assist in events, activations, influencer campaigns, and live-selling
Prepare reports, documentation, decks, and internal updates
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
At least 1 year experience in project coordination, operations, or marketing
Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills
Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and trackers
Clear communication skills and ability to coordinate across team
