Summary:
The Administrative Assistant (Atlantic Region) provides trusted, confidential support to the Vice President and Atlantic Regional Team. This role coordinates executive, regional, and operational activities, manages communications and information flow, and prepares reports, presentations, and other materials for leadership. The position works closely with the Executive Assistant to the President, corporate office teams, and regional administrative counterparts in Western Canada and Ontario to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the organization. This role requires discretion, diplomacy, and sound judgement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting the Vice President’s office and regional initiatives.
