Job Description
About the Role
- Provide business support to the Chairman to ensure timely and quality follow-up with clients
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle daily internal and external correspondence and communications with staff and clients;
- Prepare regular reports and updates to the Chairman;
- Liaise with the Asian colleagues to provide information and ensure clients' requests are resolved efficiently;
- Perform any ad-hoc assignments/projects as assigned
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in Account Servicing / Secretarial fields
- Organized and efficient with excellent communication skills
- Team Player with good service attitude
- Familiar with preparing Canva and PowerPoint presentations
- Excellent in both written and spoken English with good knowledge of Mandarin
- Available Immediately
