Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Experience in administrative or sales support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and support a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination
- Prepare and process sales documents including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery forms.
- Coordinate with finance, operations, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth end-to-end sales processes.
- Assist sales executives with loan, insurance, and vehicle registration paperwork.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records and sales files.
