Job Description

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Experience in administrative or sales support roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and support a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Prepare and process sales documents including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery forms.
  • Coordinate with finance, operations, and after-sales teams to ensure smooth end-to-end sales processes.
  • Assist sales executives with loan, insurance, and vehicle registration paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer records and sales files.
