Job Description
The key admin officer responsibilities are:
1. Communication:
Respond to emails, WhatsApp messages and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
Manage and coordinate correspondence with vendors, customers and local businesses
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records and databases (vendor excel sheet, customer information)
Update market calendars, schedules, and event plans.
Manage and distribute market materials (posters, brochures, banners etc.)
Perform data entry and maintain market information.
Recruit new and unique vendors for market extension.Market Operations:
Coordinate and submit vendor bookings, allocations, and cancellations.
Assist with market setup and closure procedures.
Ensure compliance with market rules and regulations are followed.Customer Service:
