Les Roulottes A.S. Lévesque, a family-owned business, is seeking a candidate to join its dynamic claims team, which supports our customer service staff on a daily basis. The claims agent position is an administrative role. This office-based position primarily involves data entry to bill manufacturers or negotiating with them to secure settlements for customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Handling warranty claims
  • Collaborating with customer service teams.
  • Prepare and approve authorization requests and forward this information to advisors
  • Submit claims to manufacturers
  • Track manufacturer payments and accounting
  • Analyze issues, identify trends, and develop strategies to optimize the claims process
