Position Overview

- Process and monitor over 400 billing accounts including telco, internet, utilities, and rental accounts.
- Monitor due dates and ensure timely submission, approval, and payment of invoices.
- Coordinate with vendors for invoice discrepancies, clarifications, and required documentation.
- Maintain an accurate and updated billing database for all account categories.
- A college graduate with a bachelor's degree in business or any equivalent field
- Knowledge of Accounting and Finance Basics
- Data Management and Record Keeping
- Software Proficiency
- Attention to Detail
- Willing to be part of an agency
- Willing to start as soon as possible
