Boeing Ukraine LLC is looking for **Administrative Assistant** to join our team in **Kyiv** .

This position is expected to be **100% onsite** . The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Process and route, regularly throughout the day all mail.
+ Communicate with the building administration regarding permanent/temporary passes to the building, work during off-hours, temporary car passes.
+ Keep track of all the visitors to the office daily. Strictly follow security requirements accepted for the office.
