Based at Hyde police station in Tameside, The Central Ticket Office (CTO) is part of our Transport Police and Crime Command (TPACC) and is responsible for the administration and processing of Road Safety Camera offences, Fixed Penalties, Traffic Offence Reports and any associated driver awareness courses.
The office deals with the prosecutions of offenders who fail to comply with the Road Traffic Act and oversees the deployment and use of Road Safety Camera equipment with the aim of reducing those killed and seriously injured on the roads of Greater Manchester.
The Admin Assistant Messenger plays a key role in the Central Ticket Office, supporting Teams and Team Leaders with an efficient postal and correspondence administration service to the Central Ticket office.
