• Record and organize customer orders in excel
• Assist in submitting orders and handling related processes
• Follow up on installation progress and prepare required documents
• Maintain smooth and professional communication with customers and internal team
• Perform general administrative support as needed
Job Requirements
• Minimum SPM
• Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply (training provided)
• Able to write and communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
• Basic computer knowledge – WhatsApp Web, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
• Fast Learner, detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
• Patient, proactive, and able to seek clarification when unsure
