We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Administrative Clinical Care Partner to join our team, playing a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care while supporting healthcare professionals across a variety of medical settings. Working within the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) scope of practice, you will assist patients throughout the continuum of care, including admission, transfer, and discharge processes; support personal hygiene; assist with meals and excretory needs; and help ensure patient safety, comfort, and overall well-being.
