Job Description

  • Maintain office filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence, emails and phone calls
  • Coordinate internal communications, appointments and meeting schedules
  • Assist with submission and tracking of documents to local authorities (eg. DBKK, JKR, JAS etc)
  • Ensure all documents comply with regulatory requirements and deadlines
  • Provide administrative support to project managers, engineers and architects
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
  • Serve as liaison between departments and external contacts
  • Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed
