Job Description

Our client, a Mutliantional Tehcnology company, is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant and Administrative Assistant (APAC).
Location: CBD Area, Singapore
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM
Contract: until 31st Dec renewable
Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars for the Chief of Staff (based in Singapore), coordinating meetings across multiple time zones and ensuring leaders stay ahead of shifting priorities.
Partner with stakeholders to arrange internal and external meetings, oversee travel bookings in line with company policies, and handle end‑to‑end logistics including visas and accommodations.
Support operational processes such as expense submissions, procurement requests, and invoice tracking, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Role split: 70% Executive Assistant duties / 30% Administrative Assistant duties.
