Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Office Administrative Executive, who will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision, resourceful, reliable, dependable and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures the smooth running of the office and contributes to driving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Director and team as required in a timely, proactive and diligent manner.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company processes and procedures.
