Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls professionally
- Greet visitors and provide front-desk coordination support
- Receive, record, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Manage courier services, including:
- Receiving and dispatching parcels and documents
- Coordinating with courier companies
- Maintaining courier and delivery records
- Assist with basic administrative and office support tasks
- Maintain proper filing and documentation records
- Support day-to-day office operations as required
Requirements
- SPM / STPM/Certificate / Diploma in Administration or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
- Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
