NATURE AND SCOPE OF THE ROLE
The School Administrative Head is responsible for leading and managing the school's administrative and operational functions to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality support for students, parents, and staff. This role oversees daily administration, people management, and systems improvement while working closely with school leadership to support the institution's mission and educational goals. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience in education is an advantage but not required; candidates from other industries with relevant administrative, operations, or management experience are encouraged to apply.
