Document & Data Management Typing, editing, and formatting reports, documents, and presentations; maintaining filing systems (physical & digital) and databases.
Office Operations: Ordering supplies, managing stock, handling mail, performing basic bookkeeping, and ensuring general office organization and praparing bills and payment to SSS and Philhealth and other business permit.
Graduate of any 4-year Office Administration / Information Technology or any business related course.
1-2 yrs. of work experiece preferably in construction industry
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in documents and records.
