Job Description

The Administrative Assistant is tasked to manage communications, organize schedules, maintain records and inventory, coordinate meetings, and provide support to departments/teams to ensure efficient office operations.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Operations

  • In charge of the overall management of Operations assets for the Administrative Branch:
  • Daily Time Record;
  • Reimbursements;
  • Replenishments;
  • Revolving Fund;
  • Payment Request;
  • Mobile Allowance Request;
  • Cash Advances;
  • IT Accounts; and
  • Admin Policies & Procedures.


Mobility

  • In charge of the overall management of Mobility Assets for the Administrative Branch:
  • Vehicle Utilization;
  • Driver Management;
  • Fleet Card Management;
  • Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Management;
