Job Description
The Administrative Assistant is tasked to manage communications, organize schedules, maintain records and inventory, coordinate meetings, and provide support to departments/teams to ensure efficient office operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operations
- In charge of the overall management of Operations assets for the Administrative Branch:
- Daily Time Record;
- Reimbursements;
- Replenishments;
- Revolving Fund;
- Payment Request;
- Mobile Allowance Request;
- Cash Advances;
- IT Accounts; and
- Admin Policies & Procedures.
Mobility
- In charge of the overall management of Mobility Assets for the Administrative Branch:
- Vehicle Utilization;
- Driver Management;
- Fleet Card Management;
- Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Management;
