Job Description
Administrative Duties:
· Clerical Tasks: Filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
· Document Management: Preparing, compiling, and maintaining records, reports, and official letters.
· Billing: manage all bill such as : TNB, Air Selangor, JMB, roadtax renewal
Runner Duties:
· Errands: manage external matters such as : immigration submission, JTK, Fomema medical and airport.
Typical Requirements:
· Education: Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
· Skills: Responsible, reliable, detail-oriented, familiar with local routes/government offices.
· Transport: possessing a valid license (B2)
· Attributes: Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Based at Shah Alam.
