Position Summary
The Administrative Specialist plays a critical role in supporting a high-volume, fast-paced operations department.
This position is responsible for managing administrative processes, maintaining accurate account records, and ensuring timely handling of correspondence, disputes, and client communications.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Process, review, and maintain written correspondence; accurately notate and upload account documentation
Handle and respond to consumer disputes and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Communicate with clients via email to provide updates, request information, and resolve issues
Manage and track the Verification of Debt (VOD) process across all assigned accounts
Maintain accurate and organized records within internal systems
