About this job
The Administrative Specialist (VA) will perform a variety of administrative tasks to support a high-level management team for a US based insurance company.
As a Patra VA handling Commercial Lines, you are expected to support insurance-related activities. This includes but not limited to policy checking / administration, creating certificate of insurance, assist client with regards to renewal of policies, endorsement, send notice of cancellation, managing customer inquiries, email management, and other insurance-documentation tasks.
