Administrative Support for Projects in BC

Join Bird Construction as a Project Administrator, offering administrative support for projects in British Columbia or Alberta. Focus on payroll accuracy and maintain vital documentation.
In this role, you will report to the Project Manager and must have at least 2 years of relevant administrative experience. Your capability with time-keeping systems and Microsoft Excel will be essential for tasks involving payroll communications and subcontractor verification. You will also assist with material management and team onboarding to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee file maintenance for project documentation
• Process LEMs daily for billing client activities
• Review payroll-related timesheets for accuracy
• Collect documentation for client reports and communications
• Validate daily manpower and support material entries
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in a similar administrative role
• Proficiency in time-keeping and data entry systems
