Your Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the Area Manager of Allied Health, you will directly assist in supporting six different programs in four communities, including staff from seven different Allied Health disciplines in the daily operations of the programs. Duties will include coordinating referrals for multiple disciplines across multiple sites in the NW corridor, triaging referrals, scheduling multiple providers and resources across multiple sites, coordinating the Area Manager’s schedule, maintaining personnel files, coordinating and maintaining staff scheduling, coordinating and maintaining service records for multiple Fleet vehicles according to provincial Fleet standards, preparing statistical and workload reports, coordinating and preparing payroll, assisting and supporting other admin positions on the team, coordinating work schedules, .
