Job Description

Join Cambridge Connected as an Administrative Support Representative, providing essential support to the Roads, Transportation, and Fleet Operations team. Deliver excellent customer service while handling administrative tasks and data analysis.
In this role, you will report to the Manager of Roads Operations. Your primary focus will be on administrative support across multiple operations. You will ensure positive interactions with both internal and external customers, manage records, and coordinate meetings, including creating meeting materials and taking minutes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for operations and portfolios
• Meet expected or legislated deadlines regularly
• Ensure excellent customer service for all stakeholders
• Conduct data research and analysis using Excel
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and events
