Administrative Support Staff

Seeking a candidate to support the licensing team in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data verification, and licensing operations following system migration and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review User Acceptance Test (UAT) scripts
• Conduct and complete UAT and data verification to support GCC migration and system change requests
• Perform UAT for weekly production bug fixes after GCC migration
• Support ad-hoc tasks related to licensing operations

Requirements:

• Degree holder (fresh graduates are welcome to apply; less than 3 years of work experience preferred)
• Preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming, or Project Management
• Basic understanding of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and test scripts
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills
