Job Description

                    Working Days: Monday – Friday 
Working Hours: 9 am to 5.45 pm 
Location: Elementum (Buona Vista) 
Salary: $3,500 - $4,000 (Depending on experience) 
Responsibilities To conduct inventory stock take 
Assist Quarterly GST return preparation 
Bank reconciliation 
Supplier and customer master file maintenance 
Daily system operation in general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable maintenance 
Preparation of telegraphic transfer remittance – GCMS banking system 
Invoicing & LC Checking 
Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation 
Assist in Cash flow maintenance and projection report 
Assist in month-end closing 
Monetary accounts reconciliation 
Data preparation for survey from government agency 
Adhoc supports for all accounting and finance duties 
Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or Finance
