Staffline is recruiting for an Administrator in Deeside.

The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour

This is a full time role working Monday - Friday, and the hours of work are :
- 8:30am to 4:30pm

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative your duties include:

- Raising and obtaining approvals for purchase requisitions from senior management and procurement.
- Tracking purchase order progress, ensuring critical path is followed and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Generating Goods Received Note (GRN) in SAP.
- Maintaining Purchase Order Tracker.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages and redirecting calls as required.
