Administrator Clerk
Job Purpose
The Administrator Clerk is responsible for providing efficient administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily office operations. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and accurate data capturing across internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
Capture, update, and maintain accurate data on the ONTEC system and other internal software platforms
Ensure data integrity by verifying and reconciling information captured on systems
Maintain accurate electronic and manual records
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, and mail)
Prepare, type, and format documents, reports, and correspondence
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars
Monitor and maintain office supplies
Provide administrative support to management and other departments
