Responsibilities

• Proficient in configuring Zuora billing system including product catalog, subscription rules, tax rules, payment gateways invoice and email notification templates.
• Experience in managing usage billing for high-volume data scenarios.
• Experience uploading large data sets via Data loader.
• Knowledge in implementing Order and Invoice Harmonization, especially during transitions from legacy subscription billing models to the harmonized order/invoice model.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve bill run and payment run issues.
