**Stantec Ireland** is seeking an experienced **Administrator** to support the delivery of major tender submissions across various frameworks.
You will work within a multidisciplinary environment and contribute directly to the production of compliant, compelling and well-structured submissions that reinforce Stantec’s reputation for technical excellence and innovation.

+ Coordinating end-to-end tender submissions, ensuring compliance with client and internal governance requirements.
+ Managing tender programmes, trackers and multidisciplinary inputs to meet deadlines. Administering bid activity within Microsoft and maintaining accurate audit records.
