Aptech Learning, a globally recognized IT vocational institute, is seeking applications for the position of Admission Counselor at its Defence Center in Hyderabad. We are looking for a smart, graduate candidate with excellent communication and presentation skills, preferably with experience in student services or customer care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing comprehensive information regarding admissions, participating in various activities and events, and supporting the entire admissions process.
• Addressing inquiries, responding to questions, and effectively following up on admission-related concerns from prospective students, parents, and other interested parties.
• Recording and maintaining a database of all inquiries and responses.
