About the role
Lead admissions operations for IWP Academy‘s new Patna campus end to end — own enrollment targets, build and manage the counselling team, and drive the lead-to-admission pipeline. A founding-team leadership role for someone who can set up a function from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Own monthly and quarterly admission targets for the Patna centre.
Build, train and manage a high-performing counselling team.
Plan and execute lead-generation across digital, offline and referral channels.
Oversee the full admissions funnel — enquiry, counselling, follow-up and enrollment.
Track conversion metrics and report performance to management.
Maintain relationships with schools, partners and the local community.
