Reporting to the Director & Associate Admissions Directors, this position manages the admissions process for all Schools Master candidates from around the globe and supports standout candidates through the application process. This role provides an excellent opportunity to discover the world of admissions at a top university and form part of the IE Admissions team.
 
   Responsibilities  
  Key Action Areas: 
 Provide outstanding customer service to prospective and current students, both in person and on the telephone.
 CRM management: data entry into admissions database, tracking of application documents, enrolment documents, etc. Primary responsibility for CRM contacts management.
