**Location:** Warwick Castle



**Hours:** Minimum of 5 hours per week, with availability to work weekends



**This is a seasonal role until 3rd January 2027.**



Be the first point of contact for guests and deliver exceptional service in line with Warwick Castle and Merlin standards. You’ll support smooth entry, parking, and ticketing while promoting our brand and products.



**Roles & Responsibilities**



+ Welcome guests and provide friendly, efficient assistance.

+ Handle ticket sales, scanning, and queue management using Accesso system.

+ Direct traffic and park cars/coaches safely following risk assessments.

+ Promote Warwick Castle experiences and Merlin products.

+ Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and brand presentation.
