We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Admissions Counsellor to manage enquiries, guide parents on IB / Cambridge / CBSE pathways, and convert leads into confirmed admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-ins, calls, website & digital enquiries
Provide structured curriculum counselling (IB / Cambridge / CBSE)
Follow up with leads and achieve monthly admission targets
Maintain accurate CRM updates
Coordinate assessments and admission documentation
Support open-house events and campus tours
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in school admissions or counselling
Strong English communication skills
