Key Responsibilities
Handle walk-ins, calls, website & digital enquiries
Provide structured curriculum counselling (IB / Cambridge / CBSE)
Follow up with leads and achieve monthly admission targets
Maintain accurate CRM updates
Coordinate assessments and admission documentation
Support open-house events and campus tours
