Key Responsibilities
Telephonic Counseling
Reach out to prospective students via phone to introduce online and distance education programs.
Counsel learners on course offerings, eligibility criteria, career outcomes, and university admission processes.
Answer student queries regarding program details, fee structures, accreditation, and university affiliations.
Lead Conversion & Sales
Actively follow up on potential leads generated through various marketing channels.
