Admissions Counselor

About the Role We’re hiring sharp, target-driven Face-to-Face Admission Counsellors to be deployed at partner universities/colleges at Ibrahimpatnam, Hyderabad . You will meet students in person, assess their profile and career goals, run admissions end-to-end (counselling → enrollment → payment collection → documentation), and consistently convert walk-ins into confirmed enrollments. This is a field role that requires professionalism, sales grit, and excellent people skills. Responsibilities Conduct face-to-face counselling for walk-ins and scheduled appointments at partner colleges/universities. Explain program options (online/on-campus), eligibility, fee structures and admission timelines clearly and honestly. Drive end-to-end admissions: application support, document collection, fee/payment collection and enrollment closure. Maintain accurate student records, counselling notes and follow-ups in CRM.
