Admissions Executive

Director of Student Recruitment

JOB GOAL:

The Admissions Executive will be responsible for the complete admissions cycle from beginning to the end. The AE will do this through the highest level of customer service and getting to know each family’s unique needs and situations.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the complete admission process (inquiry, tour, pre-course counseling, application, review, acceptance, and onboarding).
• Represent the school’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values to prospective students and parents.
• Conduct school tours for interested prospects and treat every lead as a prospective student.
• Ensure timely communication via one-on-one meetings, school tours, phone calls, and email with prospective families.
