**What you will be doing**



As a Admissions Host, you will be right at the heart of the guest journey. Your role will include:



+ Sell and process tickets accurately while meeting service standards, KPIs, and maintaining efficiency.

+ Approach guests confidently, engage in friendly conversations, and manage queues positively and professionally.

+ Promote ticket upgrades, cluster attractions, and secondary revenue areas (retail, photos).
