About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Admissions Officer to manage the end-to-end processing of international student applications and enrolments across university colleges and partner institutions within Navitas Australasia. This is a -year fixed-term contract role that plays a pivotal part in supporting student recruitment outcomes through accurate application assessment, strict adherence to visa and regulatory requirements, and compliance with internal policies and governance frameworks.

The Admissions Officer will manage CRM records, verify and assess student documentation, generate offers, and coordinate the full enrolment lifecycle. Working closely with international recruitment teams, students, and education agents, the role directly supports the achievement of enrolment targets while proactively minimizing visa refusal risks.
