Risk & Compliance Officer Responsibilities

• Reports on risk exposure and provides recommendations to senior management and directors
• Manages fraud prevention, financial loss control, and anti-money laundering processes
• Verifies purchaser source of funds in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Confirms validity of identification documents, visas, and passports
• Ensures purchasers are legally present in South Africa
• Updates and monitors the Risk Management and Compliance Programme (RMCP)
