Position Overview We are seeking an experienced

Adobe CDP Architect

to lead a customer data and journey transformation program for a prominent Canadian Utility client. This strategic role is responsible for driving journey mapping workshops, translating core business outcomes into robust Adobe Real-Time CDP architecture, and guiding the end-to-end implementation of Adobe’s data and activation stack.

The architect serves as the essential bridge between business stakeholders and technical engineering teams, ensuring all customer journeys are insight-driven, fully privacy-compliant, and smoothly operationalized through Adobe CDP and downstream activation platforms.
