- Experience Summary
• 5–8 years of experience in marketing automation, customer journey orchestration, and digital
personalization.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) in designing, deploying, and
optimizing omni-channel customer journeys.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, data, and technology stakeholders.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise implementations and customer engagement platforms.
- Technical Skills
• Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) – Journey design, offers, decisioning, orchestration
• Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) – Profiles, datasets, schemas, identity service
• Channel execution: Email, Push, SMS, In-App messaging
• Adobe Campaign / Adobe Target (good to have)
• Data integration using APIs, streaming and batch ingestion
