You own ad creative as a performance engine . Your mandate is to build, test, and scale ads that turn psychology, trends, and insights into revenue — and do so at speed.

What You'll Do

• Own the ad testing and scaling roadmap across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms
• Translate performance data into clear, high-conviction creative briefs
• Drive high-velocity iteration with designers, editors, and UGC creators
• Study competitors and reference brands obsessively to identify winning patterns
