Ads Operations Intern - Regional Marketing Solutions, Regional Brand & Growth Marketing (Summer 2026)

Job Description
Learn and understand the ins and outs of on and off platform (i.e. Shopee Ads/Google/Facebook) functionality (Shopee's internal keyword advertising platform)
Implement and execute Shopee Ads initiatives for clients
Analyse merchants' data to provide guidance and advice to improve sales by using Shopee Ads
Produce periodic reports for management and further analysis
Analyse usage of Shopee Ads and seller behaviour to come up with suggestions and initiatives for improvement
Other ad-hoc tasks as and when directed by team lead
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Logical thinking with good problem-solving skills
Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Passionate about the e-commerce industry
Previous experience in online/paid search advertising is a plus
