Ads Specialist

About the Role:

We're looking for a performance-driven Paid Ads Specialist to own and scale our paid acquisition channels across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and Yelp. This role reports directly to the Growth Marketing Specialist and will be a critical driver of our growth. You'll have full ownership of campaign strategy, creative development, execution, and optimization.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads (Search & Display), and Yelp to drive qualified leads and conversions
• Develop data-driven ad strategies including audience segmentation, competitive positioning, and conversion funnel optimization
• Create, test, and iterate on high-performing ad creatives including copy, captions, static visuals, and video scripts, that resonate with our target audience.
