Ads Specialist

The Ads Specialist is responsible for strategizing, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms for both in-house brands and third-party clients. The role ensures all ads meet performance targets, comply with budgetary requirements, and are aligned with broader marketing objectives, while coordinating with creatives, analytics, and client teams for holistic campaign management.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage ad accounts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, Shopee & Lazada Ads, etc.
• Set up and optimize paid campaigns (traffic, conversions, retargeting, engagement, etc.)
• Coordinate with content team to ensure timely delivery of creatives, copy, and media assets
• Monitor daily ad performance; adjust targeting, budgets, creatives, and placements as needed
• Analyze audience segmentation, pixel data, and user behavior to improve conversions
